Winter Wildlife Watching
- This program offers a broad view of the ecology, behavior and winter
adaptations of many of Yellowstone's wild animals and offers great viewing
opportunities for the elk, wolves, bison, deer, pronghorn, bighorn sheep,
many bird species, and much, much more. Program is offered through the Yellowstone
Association and is based out of the Lamar Valley Buffalo Ranch. For more

The Wolves of Yellowstone
- Class is focused on the ecology and history of the Yellowstone gray wolf
reintroduction program. The program is a field-based including lectures and
viewing of wolves and their prey, it is offered through the Yellowstone

Wildlife Sculpting
Inside & Out Workshop
hosted by the great folks at Triple "D" Game Farm in Kalispell, Montana. Class will
be based out of this wonderful facility and focus on the process of
sculpting from life with classroom instruction and demos. For more

Western Spirit Art Show & Sale George's work will be featured at
the event for the first time.
The opening reception for the 2010 Western Spirit Art Show and Sale takes
place on Saturday March 6, 2010 at the Cheyenne Frontier Days Old West

July 3rd |
Yellowstone Butterfly
Count - Coordinated by George, this is the 7th Annual
Yellowstone Butterfly count. Like the Christmas bird count, species and
numbers of individuals will be counted within a count circle of 15 miles in
diameter as part of this national effort. The event will again be sponsored
by the Yellowstone Association Institute as part of the North American
Butterfly Association's (NABA) annual count. For more details check out the

Quick Sketching Wildlife in Yellowstone- Class is
will focused on learning how to capture animal movement, behavior, anatomy
and more by sketching in the out-of-doors in Yellowstone. For more
